Splendor X skin rejuvenation is a procedure by which a controlled amount of targeted therapeutic heat is delivered by the Splendor X laser to stimulate the body to produce more collagen. Laser skin tightening is not a substitute for plastic surgery, but is a more affordable alternative producing more subtle results. For many clients, stand-alone skin tightening with the Lumenis Splendor X is all that is needed, but it can also be used in conjunction with a face lift or other plastic surgery to achieve the desired look. Depending on the severity of wrinkles and lines on the face, laser skin tightening can also be paired with Botox or filler injections to complete the look.

DOES IT HURT?

Some clients report a mild tingling or stinging sensation during the laser treatment, but many report little or no discomfort.

THE TREATMENT REGIMENT

Depending on the client's needs, we will do two to five sessions with treatments spaced two to four weeks apart. Each treatment covers the entire target area with multiple invisible yet powerful laser pulses.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Most clients see results immediately, and improvement continues with additional sessions. The results on this page were all achieved with the Nd:YAG laser wavelength.
